General Services
Mailboxes
Student mailboxes are usually assigned by the end
of the first week of classes. Notices from faculty,
staff, and student organizations, graded class work,
personal notes from one student to another, etc. are
distributed in these mailboxes.
Textbook Services
Books for classes are available through Friendly Bookstore
which sets up a temporary facility on campus before
the start of each semester. Friendly reduces its retail
price up to 20%, and discounts for future purchases
are offered to students who order their books early.

Student Health Insurance
We offer student group health insurance coverage through
Sentry Life Insurance Company. International students
are required to have health insurance for themselves
and their dependents. This program is not mandatory
if students are covered through another plan.
Bulletin Boards
The bulletin boards located throughout the campus
contain current information on academic issues, housing,
employment opportunities, special events, and ministry
opportunities. All notices must receive approval in
the student advancement office prior to being posted.
Student Lounge
The student lounge is available during regular campus
hours for the enjoyment of students and visitors to
the seminary.
Chaplain
The seminary chaplain, Rev. Bill Harding, oversees
the spiritual well-being and growth of the student
body. He is available for confidential dialogue and
prayer wharding@biblical.edu.
Use of the Building
The seminary's facilities are available for
outside groups as well as the seminary family. Contact
psmith@biblical.edu.
Elevator
An elevator connects the seminary's three floors,
providing service for those with physical limitations.
Logo Clothing
Shirts, jackets, T-shirts and other Biblical logo
items are available for sale on orientation day and
throughout the year by contacting the student
advancement office.
Parking
There is no charge for on-campus parking. Bike racks
are also available and bikes should be secured with
a lock. The seminary is not responsible for loss or
theft.
School Closings
The seminary may cancel classes for inclement
weather or other emergencies. If this happens, the information
will be posted on this website as well as on our toll-free
line: 800.235.402.
KYW-1060 AM radio will also be
notified. Biblical's school closing numbers are: for
day classes - 1134; for evening classes - 2259.
Campus Security
In compliance with Title II of The Student Right-to-Know
and Campus Security Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-542),
the seminary maintains records concerning the occurrence
on campus of the following criminal offenses: Murder,
rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, and motor
vehicle theft. The law also requires the seminary to
record and report the number of arrests for the following
crimes occurring on campus: liquor law violations, drug
abuse violations, and weapons possessions. Crime-related
data is available upon request for review by any employee,
current student, or applicant.
