Dr. Noel has 30 years of ministry experience and has served as staff pastor, church planter, lead pastor in a church planting congregation, district and national pastoral coach and director of church planting ministries. He also spent 10 years as assistant vice president for church multiplication ministries for the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Dr. Noel is the founding executive director of C4ML (Catalyst for Missional Leadership), Biblical Seminary’s ministry center serving local congregational leadership through coaching, continuing education, and other initiatives intended to strengthen the missional focus of the local congregation. Mick and Karen Noel live in Telford with two of their four children.
