The South End is an area with a diverse ethnic and socio-economic demographic. The continuing vision is to cross boundaries with the 20-30 something age group that are living in the new high rise apartment buildings who are launching their careers both in nearby locations and in New York City as well as the lower-economic (mainly Hispanic) communities.
